A booklet published to accompany a performance conceived by artist Ruth Beale at Cubitt. The performance was a dramaticised exchange of correspondence between Ernest Lindgren and Henri Langlois, heads of the British and French film libraries respectively. Built from excerpts of writing and letters, it is presented as a conversation from beyond the grave in which they deal with their antagonistic approaches to archiving, preserving and distributing film.
